Through the Patient Portal, you will be able to

  • ask questions
  • request appointments, prescription refills and referrals
  • update personal information
  • review published lab results, statements, Personal Health Record [PHR]

… all from the comfort of your home, whenever it its convenient for you!

By using the Patient Portal you no longer have to call the office, leave a message, and wait for a response to get the results of your lab work; those results will be available to you on the Portal.  You no longer have to call with a question or concern; you can send a message to the office through the Portal and expect a prompt reply.

Please know that if you are a family member or you want to send a message for a family member, please make sure you are using that patients portal to send the message. Your messages are very important to us and we need to make sure they become a part of the patients chart.

Monday – Friday: 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Our phones are activated at 9:00 am on Saturday and Sundays to start scheduling same day appointments.
